Chirco Construction Company was founded in 1976 by Giuseppe (Joe) Chirco. Beginning with the purchase of 20 lots in Canton, Michigan, Mr. Chirco quickly established a reputation as a detail oriented, quality-focused builder.  Building soon began in other communities including Farmington, Farmington Hills, Northville, Novi, Plymouth, and Wixom.

In 1986, Anthony (Tony) Chirco joined his father in the business.  Within a year, we developed our first commercial project in Farmington Hills.  To date we have designed, built and managed nine professional office structures in Wayne County.  We have plans to develop two more complexes in Monroe County.

In 1991 after fifteen successful years as a custom homebuilder, we designed and developed our first Residential Subdivision in Brownstown, Michigan.  Since then we have developed several more subdivisions in Wayne and Monroe Counties.  Recently, we have designed and constructed two condominium communities in Monroe Township.

We are proud that not only have we established ourselves as a quality based builder and developer, but also gained a reputation as a well managed operation that has attracted the attention of businesses that use our experience in Property Management.
